Cancellation Policy

We are so sure that you will like our services, there is no long-term service contract so you are free to discontinue at any time. This is a brief and easy to read summary of our cancellation policy. Please read the full cancellation terms that will appear prior to check out before you buy. Subscription Period

The subscription period is month to month and you will not be charged a cancellation fee for terminating your subscription. We will not refund a prorated portion of a current month's subscription fee once it has been processed; however, you can avoid paying for an additional month of service by cancelling prior to the first of the month.

Set up Fee

If you are not satisfied with Innkeeper's Advantage, the set up fee is refundable within the first 30 days of subscribing. Except in rare cases, the one time set up fee is nonrefundable after the first 30 days. Please see the detailed refund policy which will appear prior to check-out.

Content and Design

If you cancel, you will be given a grace period of 5 days past the end of the last subscription month to copy the HTML content available to you via your site interface. Your Web design images will also be transferred. Additional data such as reservation history and transaction history can be obtained in .csv file format by request provided that the request is made prior to the end of the grace period. Innkeeper's Advantage is not responsible for storing content or data longer than the 5 day grace period.

Domain Transfer

Your domain will be transferred to a new provider with no charge from Innkeeper's Advantage; however, domain transfer fees from your domain registration service are likely to apply.

Functionality

If you terminate your subscription, Innkeeper's Advantage will not transfer or share the Innkeeper's Advantage files or system with you or another provider. As stated above, you will have full access to retreive content and data for 5 days.
